“ATOMIC ANNIE” is a retro-futuristic, sci-fi/action webseries and fiction anthology inspired by the movie serials and pulp fiction of the mid-twentieth century.   

“Atomic” Annie Rogers is a science heroine – part Emma Peel, part Buckaroo Banzai – who fights diabolical masterminds and mad scientists from her New York City headquarters.  Witty and charming, she is also a crack shot, noted inventor and an expert in hand-to-hand combat, always ready with a droll bon-mot in between clobbering the bad guys.

Accompanying her are her right-hand-man, the always suave and urbane “Gentleman” Stan, and her enthusiastic but uncultured younger cousin from upstate, Lara Emerson.  Rounding out her team are her Gal Friday, the aspiring artist “Mod” Marykate, and their contact in the secret service, Dr. Marguerite Argyle.

We plan on producing a minimum of four 6-7 minute webisodes written and directed by Michael K. Anderson plus a 15-story short story anthology edited by Keith R.A. DeCandido.   

“Atomic Annie” combines fast-paced, sharp dialogue with non-stop action and a strong female lead into one fun package.
